This is the second time I have used Tile Source. It's an honest family run business. My tile contractor sent me here initially because they keep a large inventory on hand so you don't have to wait to order tile. I'm so glad he did because it's a great company with great selection and service.

I was refferred to Tile source of Texas by my in laws. I went to their showroom and found the quality of tile and prices cannot be matched. When I took the tile home, I discovered a box of tile damaged. I had no issues getting a replacement. Great service from this hometown, family owned and operated business. I highly reccommend that you visit them and see what they can do for you.

Went in looking for a quote on some tile refused to get me a quote unless I was buying the tile same day, then started talking to me in Spanish, while I spoke nothing but English to this elderly man very rude. Wanted to know quote I got from another place but couldn’t provide me with a quote racism to me. Stay away from this place if your Mexican!!

I had been looking for a particular type of tile and I just so happen to stop by this place and tbe gentleman who greeted .e was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Unlike most places, they had this tile in stock. I gave him my measurements and he told me the amount of cases I would need. I came in the next day and paid for it and went right to their warehouse, they loaded the tile and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tile but here. Thank you for a great experience.

The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We initially entered the store with ideas that would not have worked well for our situation, and they took the time to explain why AND helped us make our ultimate decision to go a better route. They also helped us with questions about the mortar and grout, convincing us to go with darker shades to better match the wall and floors.

We initially expected only buy enough tile for our bathroom, but they were so amazing that we bought enough for our bathroom and whole house!

After walking into a couple other places, one of which had rude/indifferent personnel that interrupted me and callously said they couldn't help me - I was treated like family in here and was under the impression they wouldn't be able to assist me in this specific case, they offered an alternative which worked out perfectly! SUPERB customer service! This company goes the extra mile, and their warehouse staff treated me the same way! I'm keeping their contact info!
